    • 3. Does the mobile data need to be turned on at all times?

      1) Principle

    • 14. About heart rate monitoring

      1) Principle
      Sensors in the watch that make contact with the skin shine a beam of light on the skin and measure the reflected/transmitted light. Because blood absorbs light of a specific wavelength, every time the heart pumps blood, the wavelength will be absorbed in large quantities to determine the heartbeat.

      2) Why does the watch have no heart rate data when running

    • 15. Why are there notifications on QQ, WeChat, etc., but not on the watch?

    • 1. Bluetooth cannot connect?

      1. Whether the mobile phone system meets the requirements: Android 4.4 and above, iOS 9.0 and above;

      3. Whether the Bluetooth of the watch is turned on, when it is turned on, there is a bluetooth turned on logo in the upper left corner of the main interface of the watch;

    • 2. Can the watch record and store data when the phone is not around? How long can the longest data be stored?

      1. The watch can store data independently, so you don't have to carry your phone when you go out for a run or sleep. When you need to synchronize data, you only need to turn on the Bluetooth of the mobile phone and approach the watch to connect it.

    • 3. Is the watch easy to disconnect?

    • 4. The message cannot be pushed?

      1. Check whether the APP message notification bar permission is enabled
      2. Please confirm that the APP (such as Facebook, WeChat) and other applications that push the message allow to display the message on the notification bar
      3. Check whether the SMS and phone permissions of some mobile phones (such as Xiaomi) in the APP are blank permissions, and if so, please modify them to allow permissions.

    • 6. Apple mobile phone users solve the message reminder is not normal

      1. Please make sure that the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, so that the watch can communicate with the mobile phone normally.
      2. After the watch and APP are connected for the first time, it will prompt pairing, you need to click OK, otherwise you cannot receive message push. The pairing will show that it is connected in the phone's system-Bluetooth-settings. If "Connected" is displayed here and a Bluetooth exclamation mark appears, it means that the Bluetooth pairing between the device and the phone is normal. No exclamation mark means that the device is not connected to the watch.       2. The message notification received by the watch comes from the notification bar of the mobile phone. If the notification bar of the mobile phone does not receive the message notification push, the watch cannot receive the message.
      3. QQ , WeChat, etc. If the computer and mobile phone are online at the same time, the mobile phone will not receive the message notification, and you need to log out of the computer.

    • 8. Can the number of vibrations for incoming call reminders be modified? How many vibrations at most?
